Welcome,

I'm Amy (she/her), a neurodivergent human with an extremely sensitive soul. My passion is to provide a safe space where you can reconnect and meet the parts of yourself that have felt too overwhelming to explore.

Together, we'll uncover the patterns impacting your day-to-day life, and I'll support you in developing new, healthy ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.

My Training & Experience

I am a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT-C) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), with training in psychedelic-assisted therapies, non-ordinary states of consciousness and nature-informed therapy.

My work is centred on supporting people in reconnecting with themselves after (or during) periods of immense overwhelm, trauma, and grief. I believe healing happens through a relationship with the body, the mind, and the deeper layers of self and spirit.

I engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional learning to ensure my work remains ethical, thoughtful, and supportive of each person I work with.

Why I Work as a Therapist

I work as a therapist because I am interested in the moments when life changes faster than the nervous system can keep up. When grief arrives, when identity shifts, when something familiar falls away, and there is no clear map for what comes next.

I believe healing happens through relationships. With the body. With our inner world. With others. And with the more-than-human world that reminds us we are part of something larger. My work is about slowing things down enough that what has been carried alone can begin to be met with care, honesty, and support.

I am committed to offering a space that is steady, ethical, and responsive. I engage in ongoing supervision and learning so that I can show up with clarity, humility, and respect for the depth of the work and the people who trust me with it.

How I Work

My approach is relational, grounded, and trauma-trained, with a strong emphasis on emotional safety and trust.

We move at your pace, check in along the way, and stay curious about what is emerging rather than trying to fix or push through

Our work together may include:

  • Gently exploring thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences

  • Noticing patterns and coping strategies that may no longer be serving you

  • Learning ways to ground and support your nervous system and neurotype

  • Making sense of emotional responses with care and compassion, rather than self-criticism.

  • Some sessions may feel quiet and reflective, while others may feel clarifying, emotional and releasing (there is no single right way for therapy to unfold

What Matters to Me in the Therapy Room

  • Creating a space that feels emotionally safe and non-judgmental, where you don’t have to edit yourself or perform

  • Offering a calm and steady presence, especially when things feel intense, confusing, or tender

  • Being honest and real, without pushing too much or moving faster than what feels manageable

  • Respecting your boundaries, pace, and autonomy at all times

  • You remain in control of what we talk about and how deep we go

My role is to support and walk alongside you, not take control of your process.

Who I Work With

If you’re:

  • living with anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm

  • navigating burnout, chronic stress, or feeling stretched too thin for too long

  • struggling with low self-esteem, self-criticism, or an ongoing sense of not being enough

  • experiencing relationship or attachment difficulties

  • moving through life transitions, identity shifts, or changes related to motherhood

  • feeling lost, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next

You don’t need to arrive with clear answers or a neatly defined goal. Therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of things together, one step at a time.
